Do some exercise

The goal is to make your brain work harder. Nowadays, we rely on so many gadgets that we forget to just use our brains. Start by trying to memorize some numbers from your phonebook for example, you’ll soon notice a difference!
DIY (no GPS!)
Forgo GPS, Google and other tech inventions that allow you to not use your brain. Try to be better at orientation, remember which way to take the next time you’re behind the wheel, it can do you no harm. You will notice that these little steps can do wonders for your brain!
Everyone eats. I am sure you eat. But do you eat enough? Don’t skip meals, don’t eat too little, make sure you feed your body and therefore your brain! I can tell you that an underfed body cannot function normally, and the brain is the reflection of that body. This is the easiest step of them all, try it and enjoy the difference!
Just like with eating, you probably need more sleep too. Do you usually sleep for 4 hours? If the answer is yes, then you have to change immediately! Sleeping is crucial for maintaining all normal body functions. Once you start getting enough sleep, you will see that your brain will be more productive and you will feel a true boost coming your way. It’s no use working overtime if you are too tired to work properly, so go and get some rest in order to be more efficient when you wake up!
Casper Ravn-Sørensen’s last advice for improving brainpower is meditation. Meditation will give your brain some rest while making it work! Sounds weird? It is, but trust me, meditation will not only improve your cognitive skills, it will make your brain feel more relaxed too.
